BUSAN, SOUTH KOREA This is our invited International Competition submission for 490,000 m² of residential and commercial space on a 51,000 m² site. Busan is known as the home of the world’s largest department store and the city is pursuing a large number of multi-skyscraper projects. As an urban gate, the proposed buildings would be the interactive point of cultural, functional, environmental and human communication. Sustainable targets include First Grade Korea Green Building Certification and Building Energy Rating System. In conjunction with Junglim Architecture.
