Renaissance Hotel & Residences

PANAMA CITY, PANAMA  Design for a high-end hotel property on a tight, urban site. KMD pushed the building footprint to the outer edges of the site, creating a building that has an identity of its own while respecting an adjacent tower. The project will provide a distinctive experience, offering an array of elements designed to enhance the enjoyment of its guests. The hotel has 350 guest suites, 150 condominium units, a grand ballroom for weddings and meetings and a full service spa.
