SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA, USA  Recalling the streamlined Art Deco highrises of the Jazz Age, this 25-story, 540,000 SF, office building is a landmark building in the revitalization of this downtown Sacramento block. The 375-foot tall highrise is the first building to comply with the Civic Center Master Plan guidelines written by KMD. The $42 million project’s tripartite design unifies several distinctive themes and fits easily into the urban context.
