Mesa Municipal Court

MESA, ARIZONA, USA KMD was the lead master planner and design architect for this three-story, 100,000 SF municipal courts facility in Maricopa County, Arizona. The program identified the need for ten courtrooms, including five trial courts, three arraignment courts and two civil traffic hearing rooms. In addition, the facility includes space for all court support functions including Jury Assembly Room, Jury Deliberation Rooms, Judge’s Chambers, Court Services, Customer Service, Collections, Administration and Holding, as well as space for the City Prosecutor.
