EL SEGUNDO, CA The new headquarters of Eva Airways is a component of Alta Oficina, a creative workplace which offers fractional ownership suites. Every owner has their own front door, natural light on two sides, and a private outdoor space. Amenity-rich shared courtyards offer spaces for collaboration and relaxing. Alta Oficina is five stories and encompasses a 150,000SF creative office condominium campus with outdoor plazas and a 30,000 SF Parking Structure. EVA Air’s North American Headquarters occupies 50,000 SF while the remaining 100,000 SF is comprised of individual office condominiums.
