A new Ambulatory Services / Medical Office Building consolidates Outpatient Services in a convenient and connected setting. A second medical office building is in the planning stage. The plan also includes a new energy center serving the entire campus and a new 900 car parking structure, which integrates retail and housing components. The comprehensive planning effort convened patient advisory groups, a neighborhood focus with interactive workshops, and close cooperation with State and local authorities to facilitate an efficient approvals process.
