Palmetto Health Medical Office Building

The Palmetto Heart MOB is a new four-story outpatient services building. The ground floor includes under building parking, an entry lobby and a Cardiac Rehab program. Levels 2 and 3 contain clinical floors dedicated to the building's major tenant, Columbia Heart Clinic, and a future cardiac Imaging Center. Level 4 provides additional lease space, including Carolina Cardiovascular Surgical Associates and Palmetto Health as initial tenants. The exterior design expression complements the design of the adjacent Heart Hospital, also designed by KMD, with the intention of creating one seamless institution.
